Our story

Our parents, winemakers for many generations, passionate by wines, extend their vineyard in the eighty's and organize it.

Grapes were brought to the cooperative cellar until 2000.

In 2003, they materialized a project which they thought for a long time and created their own wine cellar , it's like that it was born:

Bastide des Songes

Today, we work together: brother and sisters together on viticulture, vinification and wine trade.

Vines and soils

Our vineyard is about 40 hectares at the center of Herault Department, near Canet.

Situated in the plain, it takes avantage to sunshine and Mediterranean climate.

Our soil is essentially composed of stone soilsand clayey-limestone.

We work with different grape varieties like : merlot, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, gewurztraminer, malbec, chardonnay, nielluccio.

We respect the soil with reasonable culture and the environment too.

Our cellar is certified HVE 3 and labelised TERRA VITIS.

Vinification

Our cellar is equiped with stainless steel vats and a bottling chain and a labbelling machine.

We make wines with a traditional vinification method
